services for public properties

property-specific waste container

Each property must have waste containers for waste produced therein that are emptied according to waste management regulations. Waste containers are emptied by a regional contractor. No recyclable or hazardous waste may be placed into the waste container. Such waste must be delivered to the waste station or direct collection from the property must be organised under an agreement.

We also offer overall waste management services according to specific needs, ranging from waste transportation and handling to waste information and training.

Property-specific emptying intervals for waste containers

Waste must be collected from properties so frequently that the waste produced fits into the containers so that each container can be closed; and so that the weight of a single container does not exceed the maximum weight set. Waste containers of different waste types must be emptied at least at the following intervals:

Combustible waste 2 weeks within local plan areas
Combustible waste 4 weeks within sparsely populated areas

Deep collection containers must be emptied at least at the following intervals:

Waste type Maximum interval

Combustible waste (including biowaste) 2 weeks
Biowaste 2 weeks

Baling presses used in the collection of combustible waste must be emptied at least every two weeks. If separate biowaste collection has been organised, baling presses must be emptied at least every four weeks.
