Receiving concrete waste

Lakeuden Etappi accepts sorted concrete and brick waste at the Ilmajoki Waste Management Centre. The waste can originate from anywhere within Etappi’s operating area or outside it and, when necessary, we will chart its baseline situation. Contact us at Etappi also to book the transport of a loaded skip or load to the waste management centre. Small volumes under 2 m3 in size can be delivered to our waste stations free of charge.

Ask us to submit a tender on transporting and treating larger volumes:

Bemura crushed concrete for earth moving

Bemura crushed concrete is an excellent replacement for crushed gravel and rock aggregate at various excavation sites. This 100% recycled product is made from concrete and brick waste and is available in sizes ranging between 0–90 mm.

The product is suitable for the building of the sub-base or the lowest layer in yards and on roads and streets. Bemura does not contain metal, which brings considerable cost savings compared to traditional alternatives.

Bemura cannot be used in the top layer but must be covered with crushed gravel or asphalt. Its use must be reported to the authorities as it constitutes a procedure known as “utilising waste in earth moving”.
