Glass packaging

You can put empty, clean and dry glass jars and bottles in the waste container for glass packaging.

Rinse them with cold water. There is no need to remove labels and neck rings. Remove lids and bottle tops.

Glass waste (other than glass packaging)

Glass waste refers to glass that is not made for packaging. Glass waste, such as the following, is accepted free of charge at Etappi waste stations:

  • window glass without frames
  • mirror glass, flat glass
  • drinking glasses, crystal and other glass products that are not glass packaging
  • opaque glass jars and bottles made from opal glass, i.e. milk glass, such as cosmetics jars
  • glass lids of frying pans and saucepans (knobs are no problem)
